Back in 2012 I was in the process of designing a major leadership development programme

aimed at some of the most 'high potential' leaders in the new organisation. The help I received

from TransSuccess at that time was crucial to the ultimate success of the programme - utterly

objective, and supportive but challenging in equal measure - an ideal "devil's advocate" as we

went through the complex and potentially sensitive process of creating a multi-faceted initiative

that could address the needs of the brand new group. The work we put in at that stage was

rewarded when the programme won the "Best Executive Development Programme" category at

the "HR Excellence Awards 2013" but has paid off in many other ways too: individual growth and

career development for participants; a high profile for leadership development in the group;

increased investment in similar initiatives in subsequent years, and so on.

TransSuccess carried out work for ODPM / Communities and Local Government to develop a

Potential professional qualification for people working within the Supporting People programme.

The work was delivered efficiently and effectively, and included positive feedback from the

individuals who participated in the pilot programme.
